If you don’t like broccoli, you don’t eat it.
You don’t go to different sources to see how they are preparing it and you don’t talk about it with friends and neighbors. You just don’t eat it!
Why then, when there are other things in our world that we find distasteful (in all forms of distasteful-ness) do we not totally ignore and exclude them in the same manner?
If we don’t distance ourselves from negativity – we are the ones who suffer. Inner peace diminishes when we have to deal with negativity.
Especially in today’s world . . . it seems nobody minds at all trading in peace just so they can join in the negative conversations. Off-ramps are still available to us. Just a nudge of the wheel and you are immediately distancing yourself from the problem.
Vote now! Not about an election of someone else – vote to veto negativity as being a part of your life.
Vote into your life a new truth, a new paradigm! One that despises frowns and displeasures. If there are facets of your life that are troubling, try disassociation. Find a new exit and take it.
It doesn’t have to be a galaxy far away . . .
just so it is your galaxy.
