Not in the sky, though – – – in your mind.
Do we reach for drugs because we have lost each other?
When will the next time come when you jump up and down in pure joy? When will your life again sizzle and pop with happiness? Is triumph, with chocolate cake, still an option?
There is no mandate that we must wait three more days to celebrate. The sizzle and pop sits deactivated right next to you. Plug it in. Fire it up – now! Jump up and down while eating the chocolate cake.
Grab that friend or neighbor and celebrate with them. Assure them of your continued bond. Then do it again. Celebrate with them until there is no doubt about your sincerity.
Give thanks . . . for everything.
Thankfulness extinguishes negativity.
