No matter where you are or what you are doing it is easy to let a couple of heartbeats go by while you sample and assess your current actions.
Do you feel good enough about what you are doing to continue that? Is there enough; challenge, freedom, elevation, openness, possibility?
As often as you wish you can consult your contentment meter. Even if you score yourself a 100%, you can dream about making it even better.
Let’s say you are meditating or just being silent. You might want to ask, ‘Is there anything I can add here to make this time more sublime?’ Or, ‘What can I get rid of that would elevate me the most?’
We become what we think about. If you’re continually pondering how to make your life better and better, that is what will happen.
