Your thoughts – are the ‘cause’.
Your life – is the ‘effect’.
If your life is perfect, thank your mind. If it isn’t, change your thoughts.
You become what you think about. If you think about perfection your life will be about things which are perfect. If you dwell on problems and limitations, your life will be about problems and limitations.
It is your life, and it is constantly under construction. Right now, and in every other moment, you are directing the building process. Those biases and that anger – are you going to keep them or not?
These are SELF-formulated rules, YOUR rules. They are formed by what you think about – all day long. If you absolutely love what you are thinking about, keep doing that! But if it brings anxiety, fear, hate, uneasiness or tension – STOP thinking about that.
It is so simple. All you have to do is monitor the possibilities that are striving for your attention. What will you permit into your palace? What do you want to become? What problems could you do without? What would make your life a dream world – Nirvana?
Become the ‘cause’. Think only on those things that are Perfection – for you.
